World Association for Person–Centered and Experiential Psychotherapy and Counseling - Membership

Following the decision made at the General Assembly 2024 in Athens, we would like to inform you about the updated membership contribution rates for the year 2026 for individuals/students.

Membership fees had remained unchanged since the establishment of our association. In response to evolving needs and to ensure financial sustainability, the General Assembly approved a revised structure, which also allows members to self-select the rate that best fits their personal circumstances.

The new contribution options are as follows:

• Supporter rate: €70
• Standard rate: €55
• Reduced rate: €35
• Student rate: €20
• FAiR rate: available upon request

The couple-rate is no longer available.

We would also like to inform you of an update to our payment process:

We will no longer be able to offer PayPal as a payment option. This affects also all recurring payments. We highly appreciate and thank you for your understanding.

Instead, all membership contributions are to be made via bank transfer to our Wise account, which supports international payments efficiently and securely.

Membership contributions are valid for the current calendar year – from January 1st to December 31st.

To ensure uninterrupted access to all member benefits and participation in community activities, we encourage you to renew your membership at the beginning of the year.

Note for late 2025 payments:

If you pay your membership contribution from now until the end of 2025, your payment will be automatically counted toward your 2026 membership.

This means that the remaining days of 2025 will be included free of charge as a welcome extension.
