I offer person-centred counselling for adults and children, online and in person in Glasgow's West End. I can help you navigate life's difficulties in a safe, supportive environment. Prior to undertaking counselling training I worked in the third sector for a bereavement organisation, and as a primary teacher. I have experience of supporting people from 5 to 65.

I focus on your individual experience, building a picture of your world and the difficulties you face. I will not tell you what to do, but instead will provide a listening ear for you to speak about your experiences. Sometimes, saying things out loud and discussing them with someone who is not part of your daily life can really help make room for change, growth and healing.

I offer online and in person sessions Tuesday - Friday. There is also the possibility of weekend sessions should this be something you require.
