I offer person-centred counselling for adults and children. I can help you navigate life's challenges in a safe, supportive environment. I have experience of supporting people from 5 to 65.

I focus on your individual experience, building a picture of your world and the difficulties you face. I will not tell you what to do, but instead will provide a listening ear for you to speak about your experiences. Sometimes, saying things out loud and discussing them in confidence with someone who is not part of your daily life can help make room for change, growth and healing.

I have experience of working with a wide range of concerns, with special interests in identity and relational issues, OCD and experiences of bereavement in chilhood/ young adulthood. As a neurodivergent therapist, I also welcome clients who are neurodivergent or are wondering about possible neurodivergence.

I work from two locations - an office in Glasgow city centre (G2) and my quiet, private home practice near Bellahouston Park (G52). I offer online and in person sessions Monday-Thursday 9am-5pm. My last appointment of the day is usually 5pm, however I do offer some evening slots. There is also the possibility of weekend sessions should this be something you require.
