I am a BACP Accredited Person-Centred Counsellor with a particular interest and experience in working with issues such as bereavement, grief, loss of meaning, adjusting to change and trauma. I offer in-person sessions in Clydebank or online via Google Meet.

As well as private practice, I provide grief counselling in a hospice and bereavement service. In my previous counselling roles, I worked with children and young people as well as adults experiencing a range of difficulties such as low self-esteem or confidence, identity and belonging, existential issues, transitions, spirituality, feeling anxious, stressed and depressed.

Prior to becoming a Counsellor I worked in various roles in social care and social work for over 20 years.

Please email me to arrange a free online 10–15-minute consultation where we could discuss what you expect from therapy and any concerns or questions. It will also give you an opportunity to get a sense of who I am, and you can decide whether I am the right person for you.
