My name is Kate Loughran. I am a qualified person centred counsellor, mindfulness meditation teacher, health and wellbeing coach and energy medicine practitioner.

I work with clients requiring assistance with a wide range of issues, as I firmly believe that the relationship with the client and counsellor is the key to overcoming all difficulties regardless of their origins.

I am commited to working in a non judgemental manner utilising my extensive experience to encourage my clients to become the very best that they can be.
I work with clients from all backgrounds including the corporate world. As a senior manager within the NHS I am well versed with how large organisations operate and the conflict that this can generate for individuals.

Interests
I have a wide range of interests including language learning, walking and reading. I meditate twice a day. I am a firm believer in the inter-connectedness between body, mind and spirit and as such incorporate this into my daily life.

Qualifications/training
Registered Nurse State Certified Midwife Masters in Public Health Medicine, University of Glasgow Postgraduate Certificate in Counselling Skills, Strathclyde University Postgraduate Certificate in Person Centres Counselling, Strathclyde University I also offer mindfulness meditation training and have completed a one year course in Capacitar (Multi-Cultural Energy Medicine)
