I offer a person-centred counselling service to people experiencing difficulties in their lives. I offer a space for you to talk about the problems you are experiencing. I will accompany you as you explore what you are facing and help you work your way through your difficulties.
I also specialise in counselling people experiencing difficulties with their relationship with their dogs. Sometimes the relationship we wanted and expected with our dog didn't turn out the way we had hoped. Maybe you are grieving of the loss of your dog. Perhaps you are having to make an important decision about your dog. I empathise with the challenges and heart-break that sharing our life with dogs can bring.
Whatever your reason for seeking help I offer a person-centred approach which is non-judgemental. I will tell you what to do but I will strive to give you a space where you can be clearer in yourself on what it is you want and need.
I offer face-to-face counselling from my home in Drymen in Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park, or remotely using Zoom or phone, depending on your preference. My personal experience is that having the time and space with someone that can be there for you is immensely helpful. It can help you move through difficult times that right now seem impossible. If this sounds like something that might help you I would love to hear from you.
