Welcome to Jessica Grasham Counselling.

This is my PGDip Person-Centred Counselling therapy service for Individual Adults. I am a BACP Accreditited Member Based in Collieston, near Ellon, Aberdeenshire.

Do you need some safe, confidential, calm, healing time to reset your self? A place you go and a person to talk and process this with?

I offer you unique, person-centred, in-person and online counselling therapy.

Life is an ever changing experience.

There are times when you may feel like you have lost your flight path. These moments may cause upset, anxiety, feelings of being down and stuck not knowing yourself or how to ‘be’ anymore.

To find out if this feels right for you I offer a free, up to 20 minute initial online chat with me. I explain how I work and answer your queries, we take it from there.

You can email me - jessicagrashamcounselling@gmail.com or check out my link tree for more info https://linktr.ee/jessicagrashamcounselling

I look forward to hearing from you.
Kind thoughts,
Jessica
