I’m a person-centred counsellor and member of the BACP with experience in anxiety, depression, social anxiety and low self-esteem. I enjoy working with people of all ages and backgrounds including members of the LGBTQIA+ community. I have also found that my calm and grounded style fits well with those who have experienced early trauma. I like to work at the pace of my clients, to build a strong therapeutic relationship so that you can feel safe and supported to explore your past, present and look to your future.

I also offer supervision and enjoy working with counsellors in a range of modalities and settings. My role working with organisations at COSCA means that I have experience of the dynamics of working within an organisation as well as in private practice. I can offer a safe, supportive and collaborative space for you to explore what is happening in the counselling room with your clients. My focus is on your thoughts and feelings and what those might mean when you are working with your clients.
