I currently offer a discount for couples therapy. Please contact me for details. I work both online and in-person, with sessions generally open-ended. I am trained in, and offer single session and goal directed therapy.

Hello and welcome. I have recently introdused couples and relationship therapy to my practice offer, and currently enrolled on a certificate course (January 2026) to support this.

My aim is to support you with compassion and empathy, and help you explore and better understand whatever is going on for you. I will stay alongside you and help you to challenge yourself as you come to terms with past decisions and make some new ones.

I am a person-centred counsellor and psychotherapist based in North-East Edinburgh. After qualification, I volunteered with Cruse Bereavement Scotland and LGBT Health & Wellbeing before starting my own practice working with, individual adults, older adults, young people and now couples.

I have experienced the positive changes that looking at my life in the presence of a warm, accepting and non-judgmental therapist can bring. This is what I aim to offer clients in my own practice. I will accept you as you are and listen without bias or judgement as you try to identify the changes you want to make in your life.

To begin, we can have a 15-minute phone conversation, which may help us decide if we are a good fit. Alternatively, and introductory 30-minute vedio call is charged at £25. Both offer the opportunity to ask questions or seek clarification about my practice.
