I am a queer friendly, trauma-informed therapist based in Glasgow. I work with individuals and people in relationships, both online and in-person in Glasgow city centre.
As a person-centred therapist I work with clients to co-create an empathic, authentic and non-judgemental space in order to address the struggles, feelings and questions you may bring to therapy. I work in an open way that can include more creative interventions if you wish, but primarily I hope to facilitate you in exploring at your own pace. I am currently training to work somatically with trauma, which means, if you choose, we can also work with felt sensations and movement in the body as an approach to process trauma.

I work with a range of individuals and their experiences, including, but not limited to, depression, anxiety, trauma, difficulties in relationships, questions regarding gender and sexuality, and feelings of blockedness. I am an LGBTQ+ / GSRD affirmative therapist, and I am familiar working with individuals in different relationship structures, including monogamous, non-monogamous, polyamorous and long-distance relationships. I have undertaken placements at domestic violence charities and queer organisations. Working authentically to my values is important to me and I am committed to working towards an anti-oppressive, non-discriminatory and accessible practice.
In addition to seeing clients in my therapy room in Glasgow city centre, I also offer outdoor, nature-based therapy. If this is something you are interested in, please get in touch for more details.

I am a BACP registered therapist.
