Do you feel noone listens to you? I mean properly listens to you or that you have noone to talk to honestly, to confide in?

Are you experiencing low self-esteem, feel anxious, sometimes feel the World would be a better place without you in it? Are you suffering in silence? Perhaps you are going through a life change and feel unsupported. Please get in touch! Give person-centred therapy a go - either online or in person. I'm here to listen and help you make sense of what's happening.

I offer person-centred counselling to adults, both online - over Zoom - and in person, in my therapy room in the heart of Glasgow, very close to Central Station. I currently have in person availability on a Tuesday afternoon and evening. Online sessions make support accessible wherever you are.

I am a BACP registered therapist.
