I am a Person centred Therapist and clinical Supervisor. I work with clients, counselling trainees and qualified counsellors.
I work on a one to one basis in a supportive and non-judgemental manner allowing you to explore issues with a view to improving your emotional and mental well-being and/or working towards changes you may wish to make in your life.
My way of working using person centred therapy will help to address what you are going through, enabling you to clarify these issues, explore options, develop strategies and increase self-awareness. I will offer you a confidential time and space to explore all of these in a very supportive and respectful way. I believe the work we do together will also support and enable you have new perspectives in life.
I work with highly sensitive people, empaths, those with major life change trauma, intergenerational trauma, betrayal, near death experiences and complicated grief.
I offer face to face, telephone or video counselling sessions.
