Hello,

I’ve been working as a therapist for over two decades. My core approach is Person‑Centred Therapy, and over the years I’ve also trained in EMDR and Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM). This combination allows me to work in a grounded, compassionate, and effective way with a wide range of experiences.

I’m a friendly, working‑class guy, and people often tell me they feel comfortable with me quickly. My role isn’t to “fix” you — it’s to help you find the missing piece in your emotional puzzle so you can move forward with clarity and confidence.

I work with many issues, including trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and the everyday challenges that life throws at us.

Alongside my therapy work, I am also an integrative supervisor, supporting both practising and student counsellors. Whether you’re looking for guidance, reflection, or a safe space to develop your practice, I’m here to help.

If you’d like a quick chat, give me a call. We can talk through what’s going on and see whether I’m the right person to support you.

You’ve landed on this page for a reason. It may be that you’ve already taken the first step in your process. Go that bit further — let’s work together and aim for a positive outcome.
