I am a COSCA Accredited counsellor/psychotherapist, trained at the University of Edinburgh. I work one to one with adults aged 18 and over, and offer both in-person and video appointments. I have lived in Scotland for over twelve years after moving from Australia, and run my private practice in Edinburgh. My experience includes working with low self-esteem, depression, anxiety, disordered eating and body image, gender identity, trauma and dissociation, substance abuse, neurodivergence, relationship patterns or problems, and life transitions. I embrace working with people of all identities, backgrounds and life situations, and I am passionate about helping my clients to build healthy, loving relationships with themselves.
