    Glasgow

I'm a therpaist & supervisor with over a decade of experiece & a love for this work. I hold sessions in Glasgow city centre, Pollok Park & online.

I offer a supportive relationship for all parts of you and the messiness of life to be met with senstive understanding and straight-forwardness. I believe in the potential - and, at some level - the knowing in each of us to move towards what we need in life - but difficult conditions may mean we push down on this knowing in order to survive this world, and this can cause further suffering.

Whatever is going on for you, whatever it is that you would like to be different – I'm interested in helping you find a deeper understanding and acceptance about yourself and what you are experiencing. From there, choices and possibilities for change open up to find our way back/forward to ourselves.

I'm queer and hold a passion about working affirmatively with gender, sexual and relational diversities. For five years I managed a counselling and support service for LGBT Health and Wellbeing in Glasgow, and for a futher three years I held a supervision group for counsellors in the Edinburgh service.

I am also a trained birth attendant/doula (training with Amma 2023 and Red Tent Doulas 2024) and I volunteer as a pregnancy, birth & postpartum companion with Amma Birth Companions. I am forever moved by the infinite ways there are to have and be family.

I work with the here-and-now in you and in our relationship, alongside nervous system wisdom to find ways that are most supportive to you to do the work you have come for.
