Antonia Higgins, Tranquillo Counselling

  • Central

I am a counsellor and relationship counsellor based in Falkirk and online. I work with adults of all genders to improve their mental health and emotional wellbeing through improving self-esteem, managing personal boundaries and increasing confidence. This can have a positive impact with many issues including abuse, anxiety, bullying, confidence, depression, domestic abuse, family issues, grief and loss, relationship issues, self-harming behaviours, trauma and work-related issues.

In relationship counselling I work with two or more people to help them understand the problems and predicaments that are making their relationship difficult, and to relate to each other better through expressing their thoughts and needs, and hearing each other's views.
