***PLEASE NOTE: I am currently working both face-to-face and online, being guided by Scottish Government guidelines***

I am a counsellor and relationship counsellor based in Falkirk. I work with adults of all genders to improve their mental health and emotional wellbeing through improving self-esteem, managing personal boundaries and increasing confidence. This can have a positive impact with many issues including abuse, anxiety, bullying, confidence, depression, domestic abuse, family issues, grief and loss, relationship issues, self-harming behaviours, trauma and work-related issues.

In relationship counselling I work with two or more peopleto help them understand the problems and predicaments that are making their relationship difficult, and to relate to each other better through experssing their thoughts and needs, and hearing each other's views.
