Interests
I have over 20 years of full-time experience as a therapist. I am also a 'Therapeutic Supervisor', which means that I have an advanced qualification and support other therapists with their client work. I have worked with more than a thousand clients over the years, and I'm very happy to take on new clients. I have a wonderful therapy dog, Coco, who you may wish to meet.

I can work with most issues, and I always look for variety in my work. I really love being a Counsellor/Therapist as it allows me to share other people's experiences and help them discover new, more fulfilling, ways of living. If you think I may be able to help you, please feel welcome to contact me and we can arrange a (free of charge) phone consultation.

I take my specialities very seriously and make sure that I am fully up-to-date with all relevant research and theories. I specialise in working with weight loss, food addiction & orthorexia. I also have years of experience, working with phobias, fertility, alternative family & relationship issues.
