 I am a disability and a chronic illness-informed therapist. I have 11 years of experience in counselling. I employ a person-centred approach, helping my clients navigate their emotions and address issues to promote positive change.

I work with a diverse range of clients, especially people affected by cancer, chronic illness, chronic pain, disability and Neurodivergent.
I have a disability and health conditions, so I have life experience of the challenges these issues bring and how they can affect your daily life.
