Kirsty Evans: online everywhere, face to face in Glasgow

  • Glasgow

There are lots of different kinds of therapy and you may be clear on which type you think would help you best. Or you may simply be looking for someone to help and don’t really know where to start.  I am trained in Person-Centred therapy but in essence, my job is to listen carefully and to respond honestly, and without judgement, whilst you talk.  In doing so, I’ll help you to get out what’s going on inside, so we can explore it and understand it better.

And the better you understand yourself, the more you can untangle things, see patterns and move forward.

Lots of research suggests that the most important factor in the success of therapy is the relationship between the client and the therapist. Relationships take time to develop, but you should feel comfortable with whomever you choose to work with and so I suggest an initial online or telephone meeting free of charge before you make your decision.
