As a person-centred counsellor and supervisor, I prioritise creating a warm, empathetic environment where you feel truly seen, heard, and valued. Whether you're a client seeking support, a supervisee reflecting on your practice, or a trainee developing your skills, I believe in your inherent capacity to grow, learn, and find your own way forward.

My role is to walk alongside you, listening deeply, offering unconditional positive regard, and fostering a relationship built on trust and mutual respect. Together, we explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences, allowing for greater self-awareness, insight, and confidence. Through this collaborative process, I aim to empower you to express your authentic self and move toward meaningful, self-directed change at your own pace.

Interests
Since qualifying, I have developed in-depth expertise in working with individuals who attended boarding school, exploring the lasting emotional and relational impacts this experience can have on ex-boarders and those close to them. My academic and clinical work also reflects a strong interest in cultural and linguistic identity. I have undertaken research on bilingualism in psychotherapy and have extensive experience supporting immigrants. As an immigrant myself, I bring a personal understanding of the complexities of living in a country different from one’s place of birth and navigating life in a second language. A significant and growing focus of my practice is working with neurodivergent clients. I have substantial experience supporting individuals with a range of neurodiversities, and my most recent academic work is dedicated to deepening this understanding. I am committed to creating a therapeutic space that is respectful, inclusive, and responsive to neurodivergent ways of experiencing the world.
