We invite applicants who are Person Centred Counsellors with knowledge of child safeguarding, and some experience of emotionally supporting children and young people.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Person Centred Counsellor and also trained as a Play Therapist. However, we will also consider internal or external candidates who are qualified in Person Centred Counselling to a Diploma level, willing to undertake additional professional training. The successful candidate will be given the opportunity to train towards a post graduate Play Therapy Diploma. We will consider trained Person Centred Counsellors with more than 1 year of post graduate adult counselling experience.

This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in the service and to help meet the needs of young people and families.
