A Special General Meeting of PCT Scotland has been called by Stephanie Hutchinson and Susan Stephen to accept Tonia Higgins’ resignation as Secretary, and to elect a replacement.
A replacement for the role of Membership Secretary is also required as Tonia has been carrying out this role in addition to her Secretary responsibilities.
Current membership of the Coordinating Group will also be reviewed and ratified at the SGM.
Are you interested in committing to an active role in taking PCT Scotland forward? All practitioners members of PCT Scotland are eligible for election as office-bearers and for co-option as Coordinating Group members. Getting involved also offers the opportunity to meet other members, gain insight and confidence about your way of being in groups, and develop group facilitation skills. Both the Secretary and Membership Secretary receive an honorarium payment, currently calculated at the rate of £15 per hour. Training and support will be given.
The SGM on Sunday 14th June 2020 (1.30pm – 4.00pm) will take place on the Zoom platform, hosted by Stephanie Hutchinson. An email containing the Meeting ID, link and brief guidance on accessing a Zoom meeting will be sent to all members in advance of the meeting.
Note. It was originally planned that the AGM would be held on Sunday 14th June. However, given the current circumstances, the Coordinating Group has decided to delay ordinary AGM business until September (date to be confirmed). At the current time it is anticipated that this meeting will also be held online.
