"A value is a way of being or believing that you hold the most important" Brené Brown.

Another way to define values could be the guiding or organising principles in your life. They are what might motivate your actions and way of being. Certainly when we are in struggle or when we are stepping out of our comfort zone into the unknown, values can light the way.

But how clear are we on our own key values? Referencing some of the exercises from Brené Brown's Daring Greatly workshop series, this 3-hour workshop aims to help find that clarification and conviction in order to strengthen resilience. We will explore personal and professional values and what might happen where there is a marked difference between them. We will also look at organisational values - and collectively explore and seek clarity around the values that we would like to have as the guiding principles of PCT Scotland.
