I am a Person-Centred Counsellor BACP Accredited and Counselling Supervisor with over 20 years experience

I work with a wide range of people and issues including bereavement loss depression relationship issues addiction stress anxiety low self-esteem trauma and couples

I have worked for several years with young people in a Further Education College worked with the homeless and working with people that are struggling to cope with life and looking to talk through the way forward for them

I have sign language skills and have worked with deaf clients

I also offer sessions via Skype or telephone
