Details
I am a BACP Accredited and Registered counsellor/psychotherapist. I am also a COSCA trained and qualified counselling supervisor and work with trainees and trained counsellors. I am a COSCA Accredited and experienced trainer/facilitator where I currently deliver the COSCA Certificate in Counselling Skills. Alongside my counselling skills teaching, I work solely in private practice, working with people on a range of issues (as shown in the services section). I work on a short term basis or a long term basis on a range of issues, and with couples and individuals. Part of my experience includes working with people who do or may identify as LGB and/or TQI. For 16 years I have worked in the field of abuse, where I previously managed a national counselling project and worked with adults who experienced any form of abuse whilst in a formal care setting. I have also worked in other settings with people who experienced sexual abuse as a child and I have experience of setting up a service and working with young people on a range of issues.
