Bettina Millar

Bettina Millar

I particularly enjoy enabling people to find their potential and to overcome whatever obstacles are holding them back or making them feel stuck. As a result of my work, I have a strong belief in everyone's ability to grow and heal, whatever the circumstances.

I have extensive experience in working with health and mental health projects, as well as working privately. Over the years I have become increasingly interested in the use of creative and art materials in therapy. Our images can often express things that words cannot. I find that working creatively is a gentle, yet stimulating way of gaining personal insight. And I am pleased to be able to offer my clients a choice in the way they may wish to work.

If you would like to check things out in a free introductory session, you'll find my counselling practice situated in a peaceful setting on the Southside of Glasgow, not far from either Clarkston Road or Aikenhead Road and easily reached by public transport. There is also ample parking outside.
