I have been working as an Individual Counsellor since 2003, a Couples Counsellor and Psychotherapist since 2005, and, a Supervisor since 2010. I specialise in working with food issues, e.g. weight loss, orthorexia, food addiction. I also have a keen interest, and years of experience, working with fertility, alternative-family and relationship issues. My experience also includes 8 years at Sandyford (Sexual Health, Gay Men's Health, Abuse), plus, 'generic' Private Practice work including anxiety, depression, stress, bereavement, relationship issues, and much more full-time since 2003.

I love my work as it allows me to share other people's experiences and help them discover new, more fulfilling, ways of living. I have worked with hundreds of clients over the years, and am very happy to take on new clients with varying issues.

I work with individuals, couples, families and groups (age 17+).

I have my own Private Practice, and, I am a Counsellor, Supervisor, Mindfulness Group Facilitator, and, Client Services Manager, for Chai Cancer Care in Glasgow.

My Private Practice office is in Newton Mearns (G77). There is free parking right outside plus wheelchair access. I also offer telephone and video calls (e.g. Zoom, Skype). I offer home-visits for clients who are not able to travel to me (location-dependent).

I have been supervising trainee Counsellors and qualified Counsellors/Psychotherapists/Coaches/Health Workers/Social Workers/etc since 2010. I am an authorised Supervisor for the following Counselling Courses: University of Strathclyde, University of Edinburgh, Persona, University of the Highlands and Islands.
