Experiential Focussing - Level 2

Details: ‘This we have now is not imagination
This is not grief or joy.
Not a judging state, nor an elation, nor sadness.
Those come and go.
This is the presence that doesn’t.’
(Rumi)

In this two-day workshop we will develop further our understanding and skills in Focusing, paying particular attention to being with all aspects of ourselves. We will move from identification to presence, from identifying with, to being present with. We will be offering practical Focusing exercises whereby this central element of Focusing becomes a felt reality.

By the end of the workshop participants will have learned how to be a more nurturing companion to the Focusing process, both to another person’s and to their own. Time will be spent in discovering the value of symbolizing, and how that embodies and emboldens the Focusing attitude, supporting and deepening the process.

Previous experience of Focusing is essential for participation in this workshop.
