Details
My name is Kate Loughran. I am a qualified person centred counsellor, mindfulness meditation teacher, health and wellbeing coach and energy medicine practitioner.
I work with clients requiring assistance with a wide range of issues, as I firmly believe that the relationship with the client and counsellor is the key to overcoming all difficulties regardless of their origins.
I am commited to working in a non judgemental manner utilising my extensive experience to encourage my clients to become the very best that they can be.
I work with clients from all backgrounds including the corporate world. As a senior manager within the NHS I am well versed with how large organisations operate and the conflict that this can generate for individuals.
