I qualified as a counsellor in 2009 and I work in an integrative way which means that I adapt my style of counselling to what the client is responsive and open to. I work on a part-time basis for a counselling charity and have been a volunteer counsellor with them since I qualified. I run my own private counselling practice and I also organise workshops for counsellors. I am therefore fortunate enough to have had many hours of Continuing Professional Development in many different topics. I work hard to stay up-to-date with the latest counselling research, policies and techniques. I am passionate about counselling and the opportunity it offers for growth and change in people’s lives. I am about to embark on a counselling supervision course which will allow me to provide counselling support to other practicing counsellors. I adhere to the BACP Ethical Framework for Good Practice.

I have access to counselling rooms in various locations, including Glasgow City Centre.

I aim to provide a safe space and an understanding atmosphere where clients can explore whatever has brought them to counselling. I work from a purpose built pine cabin in my garden. The cabin provides privacy within a natural setting, and a place to explore anything which is present.
